Learning opportunities are offered with each session for you to work on between meeting, so that you can continue the work that we started in session. One-on-One Counselling
In Person or Online
Intake: 60-75 minutes
Subsequent Sessions: 50-60 minutes
Couples/Relationship/Family Counselling
In Person
Intake: 75-90 minutes
Subsequent Sessions: 60-75 minutes
Self-Care Assessment
Online
One Session: 30 minutes
This is a 30-minute session to assess your current self-care habits
and to start the creation of a plan to make changes that support your goals
